  • Plan: Customer completes technical pre-requisites
  • Plan: Capacity setup, tenant provisioning, and initial configuration
  • Execute: Review Proof of Concept Solution Design
  • Execute: Configuration and validation of Customer use cases
  • Execute: Knowledge transfer
  • Close: Environment check and wrap-up

Technical execution to include:

  • Implementation of a single Horizon Connection Server integrated with a supported version of vCenter and vSphere hosts
  • Implementation of a single Windows 11 Master Image to be used to create Windows 11 Persistent virtual machines
  • Implementation of a single Windows 11 Horizon Pool of up to ten (10) Persistent virtual machines from the Master Image
  • Demonstration of connectivity from internal endpoints provided by the Customer team

Out of scope items not included: Workspace ONE UEM, Workspace ONE Access, or other Workspace ONE products, Unified Access Gateway (UAG) for External/Remote Access, App Volumes, Dynamic Environment Manager, FSLogix or other Profile Management solutions, Integration with MFA provider or Load Balancing, or NVIDIA vGPU implementation.

  • Does not include a 1.5x o-hours rate or provision for work to be performed outside of normal business hours
